Collaboration has been at the heart of our work lately, as we advance a couple of our workforce and research projects to support integrated care delivery.
A huge thank you to the more than 20 mental health and AOD services that joined us for our co-design integrated care pathways workshops focusing on trauma and addiction. Delivered in partnership with Phoenix Australia, Spectrum and the Monash Art, Design and Architecture (MADA) research team, these sessions were part of a multi-phased project focused on supporting integrated care delivery for co-occurring trauma/PTSD and addiction. Our goal is to develop actionable guidance for healthcare workers and services across Victoria’s mental health, AOD and community health sectors. We’ll be sharing the co-design outcomes on our website by the end of the year. Let us know if this topic is of interest to your service, and we will reach out when we develop pilot initiatives to implement in 2026.
If you haven’t had the chance to attend one of our pharmacotherapy workshops yet, we’re pleased to announce two more sessions in November – one online and one in-person at our Richmond office. We’d love to see you there and continue the conversation around this life-saving area of care.
We’re always looking for ways to improve how we support clinicians and services across the state. If you’ve engaged with the Centre in any way - whether by referring a client, attending a workshop, completing a training module or joining one of our clinical network activities – we’d love to hear from you. It only takes a few minutes to share your feedback via this quick form, and your insights really help shape what we do.
Finally, if you haven’t already, follow us on LinkedIn to stay in the loop with new training, resources and initiatives to support your work.
As always, if you’d like to talk more about anything in this update or explore how we can support your team, our door is always open.
