Patrick is a Teaching Associate at Monash University and a Credentialed Mental Health Nurse with a background in working with young people in community settings. His PhD explores quality and safety in integrated care, with the aim of informing a practical framework for service improvement. He is particularly interested in quality improvement, policy and process redesign that meaningfully incorporates lived experience voices and supports staff in delivering sustainable change.
