Hamilton Centre

Representing Victoria's Eastern and South Eastern areas, the Hamilton Centre Clinical Partners at Eastern Health strive to support specialised integrated care delivery for clients with co-occurring mental health and addiction problems. This multidisciplinary group includes Addiction Psychiatrists, Addiction Medicine Specialists, a Senior Pharmacist, a Senior Mental Health and AOD Nurse, an AOD Nurse Practitioner, and Lived Experience Peer Support Workers.

The team works closely with the areas' mental health and wellbeing services and advocates for team goals that are client-centred and client-driven. They also work tirelessly to develop AOD and Mental Health competencies within the healthcare workforce to ensure its continued sustainability.
