As the Hamilton Centre marks its second anniversary, we reflect on the positive impact our team and clinical network have had on the lives of Victorians facing mental health and substance use challenges, their families and supporters.
This past year has been one of growth and collaboration, with an increase in educational and training offerings, expanded support for regional services and strengthened partnerships with leading organisations in the sector. With over 2,000 referrals received, more people have been able to access help, thanks to these collective efforts.
In her message, A/Prof Shalini Arunogiri shares the Centre's continued commitment to improving outcomes for both clients and workers:
We're focused on improving how services and systems work to ensure that people can access the care they need, where they are accessing treatment. This includes strengthening clinical support, expanding educational and training opportunities and advancing research to drive sustainable change."
