Hamilton Centre

The Hamilton Centre Service Navigation Team is a statewide service that provides navigation, advocacy, support and referral for individuals with complex and high-risk AOD presentations. The team includes experienced Mental Health and AOD Social Workers and Nurses, offering an enhanced brief intervention that integrates clients and their carers into the local service system. The group also provides a navigation service that offers individualised support to clinicians across Victoria.
